Taunton Team Chaplaincy ‘Tell the Church’ Bulletin

“Dear Friends,

This bulletin comes to you with greetings from Taunton Team Chaplaincy and our confidence in the Risen Saviour as we remember the remarkable events of Easter this month.

Having been inspired by the visit to Taunton by the Regional Commander of the British Transport Police, Superintendent Matt Allingham, who shared his Christian testimony at our Annual General Meeting, we are now actively recruiting a team of volunteers from local churches who will offer a caring presence on and around the railway station. Our region has had two deaths on the railways in the last week and experience shows that a simple encounter with trained listeners can make a real difference. Please contact our Chaplaincy office if you would like to know what is involved.

You can visit our Tell The Church Web Page  for information on What’s On (March to June), Regular Activities and News.

The deadline for including information in next month’s edition is Sunday 30 April but anything that we receive beyond that date will be added to the web site.  Thank you for sharing this information among the wider church family.”
